Job Summary

Konecranes Nuclear Equip and Services LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overhead Crane Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising field operatives, reinforcing safety and quality control, and conducting customer consultations in remote locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Train Field Operatives: Supervise and train field operatives to ensure they are following safety protocols and quality control procedures.
  • Conduct Safety Audits and Investigations: Conduct regular safety audits and investigations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide Technical Support and Mentorship: Provide technical support and mentorship to field operatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs safely and effectively.
  • Stage and Organize Equipment and Parts: Stage and organize equipment and parts for jobs to ensure that they are properly prepared and ready for use.
  • Perform Field Work: Perform field work, including repairs, inspections, on-call work, troubleshooting, project management, installations, and warranty work.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently lift up to 25 lbs, lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis, lift up to 75 lbs on occasion, and lift 100 lbs on a rare basis.
  • Work Environment: Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, often at heights, and be able to travel and work out of town on occasion.
