Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with the Division Manager to plan and coordinate work schedules and resources

  • Participate in the development and implementation of safety protocols and procedures

Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role in the HVAC industry
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of technicians
