Job Summary

Pave LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the timely completion of installs and service calls, working independently and collaboratively with other installers to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete one-room audio/video installs and setup, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Satellite/Cable systems setup and install, requiring strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Advanced troubleshooting of simple systems, utilizing technical expertise to resolve complex issues.
  • Basic networking/data system installation and setup, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Basic programming of single-room, advanced systems, requiring a strong understanding of technical concepts.
  • Manual/Motorized shades install experience, with a focus on precision and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of multi-room systems and setup, with a focus on delivering comprehensive solutions.
  • Basic understanding of Lutron Lighting systems, requiring a strong grasp of technical concepts.
  • CEDIA ESTII or better certification (or obtain within 6 months of hire), demonstrating a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
  • Completion of ProSource University within the first year of employment, showcasing a dedication to continuous learning and growth.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work on rotating on-call service schedule, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Proficient in all Assistant level qualifications, with a strong foundation in technical skills.
  • Competent skills with desktop and mobile computing, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Clean driving record and background check (required for DCJS certification), ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
  • Minimum of 1-year field experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
