About the Sales Manager Position

As a Sales Manager at Brookdale Meadow Springs, you will be a key member of our team, responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in. You will work closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads from medical, financial, and legal professionals; religious leaders; and other local businesses and organizations.


Our most successful Sales Managers can earn membership and bonus opportunities in our high-performance clubs: President's Club, Chairman's Club, and Chairman's Club Elite.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey from interest to move-in
  • Work with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans to meet or exceed community revenue and occupancy goals

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience. Senior Living experience preferred
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant's skills and experience. Role is also eligible for monthly and quarterly commission opportunities.
