About the Sales Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Brookdale Meadow Springs. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for guiding families and older adults through the sales journey, working closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads, and partnering with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans.


Key Responsibilities
  • Guide families and older adults through the sales journey, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Work closely with local professionals and volunteers to generate professional referral leads, building strong relationships and networks.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute sales and marketing plans, driving revenue and occupancy growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying knowledge to improve sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Valid driver's license and minimum of 2 years relevant and recent sales experience, with senior living experience preferred.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology, proficiency in Microsoft office suite, and electronic documentation.
