Your Role in Our Success

As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the customer experience, driving business growth, and inspiring a culture of continuous learning and development. Your expertise will be instrumental in elevating customer satisfaction, fueling revenue expansion, and leading a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve robust revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Manage the sales cycle, from consultation to closing, and foster strong customer relationships through exceptional service and personalized solutions.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize sales performance.
  • Deliver engaging product consultations, promote treatment packages, and proactively seek client reviews and referrals.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
  • Foster strong customer relationships by delivering world-class customer service and addressing client concerns.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a commission-driven environment.
  • A proven track record of exceeding established sales goals and leading top-performing teams.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to anticipate client needs and provide proactive recommendations.
  • Ability to mentor and manage a team of two to five employees to peak performance.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Comfortable using various computer systems and software.
  • High school diploma or GED equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred.
