Job Title: RN Systemwide Float Pool

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in our Enterprise Float Pool Level 3 team, where you will have the chance to float to multiple units within a geographic group of hospitals, bringing your skills and expertise to a variety of units.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.
  • Promote optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
Requirements:
  • 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area for Full Time/Part Time positions
  • 24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area for PRN positions
  • RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact
  • Nursing Diploma or Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred
  • BLS from the American Heart Association required
  • Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area
  • Additional certifications required based on specialty

Pay and Shift:

Base rate $75.00/hr. Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials. All shifts available.
