Job Summary

The Good Samaritan Society is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our rehabilitation team. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to residents of all ages in long-term care settings
  • Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
  • Document resident interactions and outcomes related to care, medication, behavior, activity, and dietary
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements
  • Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse
  • Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred
  • Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges
