Job Overview

ProAutomated Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Field Service Automation Specialist to join our team. As a Field Service Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for traveling to various locations, installing and troubleshooting cutting-edge automation equipment, and providing training to customers on system operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and calibrate automation equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Travel to customer sites to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Provide training to customers on system operations and maintenance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements:

  • 4-year degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
  • Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
