Insurance Account Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, retaining, and building relationships with existing clients, as well as providing support to Sales Advisors on new and renewal business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on renewal accounts, taking shared responsibility for retaining clients and participating in client renewal meetings.
* Assist with new business, strategizing prospect plans with Sales Advisors, participating in prospect meetings, and collecting necessary information for the Service team.
* Provide outstanding client service, anticipating both client and Advisor needs, developing strong relationships with clients, and communicating critical issues to Advisors and Service teams.
* Follow the Vizance System, correctly following Vizance workflows and procedures, participating in department meetings, and meeting with Sales Advisors to discuss upcoming renewals and client questions.
* Build and maintain partner relationships, developing strong knowledge of industry, markets, companies, etc.

Requirements:
* 3-5 years of insurance/risk management experience OR proven experience
* Excellent communication skills
* Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license, upon hire
* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
