Finance Director

Breakthru Beverage Wisconsin Metro is seeking a highly skilled Director Finance to oversee the activities of the Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports, including internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and annual budgets.

• Manage the Accounting/Finance department, overseeing every aspect of the monthly close process, including JE preparation and/or review, creation of financial statements, trend analysis, and review of all account reconciliations.
• Manage the entire annual budget process, coordinating with senior management of every functional area to ensure timely and accurate completion of the process.
• Participate in a wide variety of special projects and create ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
• Establish and maintain systems and internal controls to verify the integrity of Company data and reporting and protect Company assets.
• Assist in the preparation of various income tax schedules to ensure accurate and timely completion of all income tax returns.
• Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer on cost saving/profit enhancing initiatives and other one-off projects.
• Work with department heads to establish processes and internal controls related to payment applications.
• Manage the Customer Support/Credit department, coordinating with the Business Services Department to ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts payable, purchase orders, employee expense reports, cash control, and core payroll processing.
• Investigate unusual customer/sales representative activity and communicate with co-workers, management, clients, bank, and others in a courteous and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of finance professionals.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
