Job Title: Financial Director

Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking a highly skilled Financial Director to oversee the activities of the Finance Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely dissemination of financial management reports, including internal and external monthly financial statements, annual audits, and annual budgets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Accounting/Finance department, overseeing the monthly close process, including JE preparation and/or review, creation of financial statements, trend analysis, and review of all account reconciliations.
  • Coordinate the entire annual budget process, working with senior management to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Participate in special projects and create ad-hoc analysis to support business decisions.
  • Establish and maintain systems and internal controls to verify the integrity of Company data and reporting, and protect Company assets.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer on cost-saving and profit-enhancing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent training and work experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of accounting managerial experience.
  • Advanced PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.
  • Results-oriented professional with excellent verbal and written communication skills, diplomacy, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of general ledger, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax, and banking.
  • Experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
Competencies:
  • People management responsibility for pay reviews, performance management, training, and resource planning.
  • Conceptual thinking to understand complex issues and their implications.
