Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory District Sales Manager to join our team at Heritage-Crystal Clean, LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including major account sales and retention
  • Train and develop sales and service staff to provide quality service and increase sales
  • Monitor business performance and develop sales contests and incentives to increase gallons and revenue
  • Collaborate with regional and senior sales management to achieve sales goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • CDL required
  • Proven record of sales success
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment, including a respirator, safety glasses, and steel toe boots
