As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for leading renewal accounts, assisting with new business, and providing outstanding client service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead on renewal accounts, taking shared responsibility for retaining clients and participating in client renewal meetings.
* Assist with new business, strategizing prospect plans with Sales Advisors and participating in prospect meetings.
* Provide outstanding client service, anticipating client and Advisor needs, developing strong relationships with clients, and communicating critical issues to Advisors and Service teams.
* Follow the Vizance System, correctly following Vizance workflows and procedures, participating in department meetings, and meeting with Sales Advisors to discuss upcoming renewals and client questions.
* Build and maintain partner relationships, developing strong knowledge of industry, markets, companies, etc.

Requirements:

* 3-5 years of insurance/risk management experience or proven experience working in construction safety or real estate
* Excellent communication skills
* Willingness to obtain Property and Casualty insurance license, upon hire
* Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
