The Co-Manager is responsible for overseeing all store operations, ensuring a safe and clean work environment, and making decisions that impact store performance and profitability. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve sales goals and maintain company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations, including sales, inventory, and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of up to 25 employees to achieve sales goals and maintain company standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Control store shrink and expenses
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year retail management experience or 6 months at Windsor Fashions
- Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
Physical and Environmental Demands:
The Co-Manager will frequently stand, walk, observe, communicate, and read. Regularly moves and pushes. Counts and writes to accurately complete documentation. Must be able to access all areas of the store, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise throughout the store (generally weighing from 0-25 pounds), and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
