Job Title: Co-Manager

Windsor Fashions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Manager to join our team. As a Co-Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in driving sales, shrink, payroll, and expenses. You will also be responsible for coaching and motivating a high-performing team of Assistant Managers and Stylists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales and achieve store productivity
  • Support the Store Manager in finding and retaining great talent
  • Organize and plan store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with Windsor policy and procedures
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of retail management experience
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to develop and motivate a team of up to 25 employees
  • Effective communication skills in both group and one-on-one settings
  • Flexible and reliable schedule

Physical Demands: Frequently stands, walks, observes, bends, and pushes. Must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Must be able to access all areas of the store, operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store, climb ladders, move or handle merchandise or supplies, and work varied hours/days to oversee store operations.
