Main Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for Electrical and Construction Union Workers, ensuring accurate deductions for medical, insurance, and garnishments.
- Manage compliance pieces for Union payroll and process necessary reports.
- Update and maintain filing systems, addressing current backlogs.
- Learn and utilize compliance portals to ensure payroll and compliance items are in order.
- Assist with onboarding paperwork for new hires in the office and in the field.
Requirements:
- Bilingual English Spanish is highly preferred.
- Will be trained by the HR Manager and report to the Controller.
