Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented To-Go Specialist to join our team at Jackmont Hospitality Inc. As a To-Go Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Taking and Preparation

Take orders over the phone and in person, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and accurate.

Order Fulfillment

Prepare orders and organize them into bags, double-checking to ensure that all items are included and accurate.

Guest Interaction

Greet guests and drivers within 30 seconds of arrival, cashing out orders and ensuring their satisfaction.

Cash Handling and Accuracy

Responsible for accurate cash handling, including handling online and to-go orders.

Order Confirmation and Quality Control

Pack orders and confirm with guests/drivers, ensuring that all orders are complete and accurate.

Qualification Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills

Good verbal communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be interacting with guests and drivers on a regular basis.

High Energy Level

A high energy level is required to maintain a fast-paced work environment and ensure that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Customer Service Skills

Providing exceptional customer service is critical in this role, as you will be interacting with guests and drivers on a regular basis.

Teamwork and Professionalism
