About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Manager to join our team at WITRON Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our automated warehouse systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Guide a team of electro-mechanical technicians in maintaining, repairing, and improving our advanced warehouse systems.
  • System Performance: Continuously review and analyze system performance, collaborating with the continuous improvement team to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Develop and execute efficient maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and meet production targets.
  • Inventory Management: Direct the spare parts coordinator to maintain necessary inventory levels for system performance.
  • Work Order Management: Analyze work order data, ensuring adherence to standards and taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Training and Documentation: Maintain accurate training and documentation libraries.
  • Operational Excellence: Monitor and act on KPIs, ensuring system performance meets standards.
  • Emergency Response: Respond promptly to system outages.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with Operations to achieve daily productivity goals.
  • Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety guidelines, HR policies, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Five (5) plus years in managing service and maintenance in production environments with mechanical automation and electrical systems.
  • Management Experience: Management experience in an industrial setting with production or manufacturing equipment.
  • Certifications: CMRP or relevant project planning certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with electrics/mechanics in drive technology (motors/gears), control technology (servo drives/inverters), 3 Phase 480v, DC, and 24v control, basic PLC logic, and basic DCS networking.
  • Leadership: Experience managing up to 40 employees in shift patterns.
  • Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of OSHA/NFPA safety guidelines.
  • Technical Expertise: Expertise in mechanical maintenance, repair, wiring diagrams, and electrical measurement.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Computer Skills: Excellent PC skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • CMMS Experience: Extensive knowledge of CMMS programs and maintenance planning software.
Physical Requirements
  • Physical Demands: Continuous walking, climbing, and standing.
  • Lifting and Pulling: Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 pounds.
  • Height Requirements: Capability to work at heights up to 115 feet.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for training, projects, and leadership meetings.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work as needed to support site operations/maintenance requirements.
