Position Overview:

This safety-sensitive role is integral to the leasing and promotional activities of the property. The individual will assist the Community Manager in ensuring the operational and financial success of the residential community while exceeding service expectations for residents.

The position requires adherence to designated office hours to maintain effective community operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial/Marketing: Collaborate with the Community Manager to meet occupancy and rental targets. Maintain a closing ratio of at least 30%. Engage prospective residents through advertising and respond to inquiries and property tours. Assist in the accurate preparation and management of leasing activities and rental traffic reports, and support the resident management team in conducting market analyses.
  • Management: Support the Community Manager in overseeing community operations by fostering positive resident relations, addressing resident concerns, and managing rent collections. In the absence of the Community Manager, supervise and motivate staff to promote teamwork and achieve shared objectives.
  • Property Maintenance: Ensure the property is kept in pristine condition. Conduct daily inspections of both exterior and interior areas to guarantee curb appeal, cleanliness, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Customer Service: Strive to exceed company standards for resident satisfaction and be available for emergency situations as scheduled. Organize and participate in community events and other assigned projects.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED is required; higher education is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Physical & Cognitive: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.

Driver Requirements:

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be insurable at standard rates.
  • Must provide proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company-related activities.

All candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
