Position Overview:

This safety-sensitive role is integral to the leasing and marketing operations of the property. The individual will support the Community Manager in achieving the overall operational and financial objectives of the residential community while exceeding resident service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial/Marketing:
- Assist the Community Manager in reaching occupancy and rental targets.
- Maintain a closing ratio of at least 30%.
- Engage prospective residents through effective advertising and respond to inquiries and property tours.
- Help prepare and manage all leasing activities and rental traffic reports accurately.
- Collaborate with resident management to conduct market studies.

Management:
- Support the Community Manager in daily operations by fostering positive resident relations, addressing resident concerns, and managing rent collections.
- In the absence of the Community Manager, supervise and motivate staff to promote teamwork and achieve common goals.

Property Maintenance:
- Ensure the property is maintained in a clean and orderly condition.
- Conduct daily inspections of both exterior and interior areas to uphold curb appeal, maintenance standards, and safety protocols.

Customer Service:
- Strive to meet and exceed company standards for resident satisfaction, being available for emergencies as scheduled.
- Organize and participate in community events and other assigned projects.

Additional Duties:
- Perform other responsibilities as required.

Essential Requirements:
  • Maintain a constant state of alertness and operate safely.
  • Exhibit strong cognitive function and judgment.
  • Remain mentally and physically fit to perform job duties competently.
  • Respond promptly to changing conditions.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.

Experience: 2-3 years of customer service or related experience.

Physical & Cognitive Abilities: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds.

Driving Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Ability to be insurable at standard rates.
  • Proof of personal auto liability insurance when using vehicles for company business.
Successful candidates will be required to complete a background check and drug screening.
