Your Role
This position encompasses all aspects of real estate market activities, including site scouting, leasing negotiations, permitting processes, and other related responsibilities as assigned by management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Engage in lease negotiations to secure properties on fair terms for extended periods, maintaining direct communication with landowners throughout.
  • Facilitate lease renewals in accordance with OUTFRONT Media's established guidelines.
  • Travel as necessary to engage with property owners within the designated market area.
  • Identify and evaluate new locations for advertising development.
  • Resolve any disputes related to property lines, access issues, or damages amicably.
  • Obtain and renew necessary permits for advertising locations from relevant authorities.
  • Advise management and sales teams on compliance with local and state regulations.
  • Act as a liaison with operational teams and subcontractors to ensure quality installation and management of advertising assets.
  • Engage with governmental officials and participate in public meetings to advocate for favorable ordinance changes.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all lease agreements and related documentation.
  • Oversee the administrative functions of the Real Estate Assistant.
  • Demonstrate behaviors that align with OUTFRONT Media's sales and service philosophy.
  • Represent OUTFRONT Media and the Real Estate Department with professionalism and diplomacy.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in commercial real estate or corporate real estate is preferred.
  • A proactive self-starter who thrives on challenges.
  • A Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Preferred knowledge of the local market.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
