Territory Sales Representative

Stansteel - Hotmix Parts & Service is a prominent player in the asphalt production sector, renowned for delivering exceptional parts and services. We pride ourselves on our deep-rooted history and solid presence in an industry crucial to our national infrastructure, where asphalt is utilized in 94% of American roads.
We are in search of a driven and enthusiastic professional to enhance our sales operations. The selected candidate will be tasked with fostering new customer relationships within a designated region through regular visits to clients and production facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales team to improve service delivery.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. While prior sales experience and a mechanical background are advantageous, they are not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided to equip you with the necessary industry knowledge.
Travel Requirements: This role necessitates travel approximately 75% of the time.
