Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse at Pacific Medical Centers, you will deliver exceptional nursing care in accordance with the Washington State Nurse Practice Act and our established policies and protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and specialty health care services in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Integrate nursing roles including clinical practice, education, consultation, care coordination, and leadership in your daily activities.
- Employ a systematic approach to nursing practice, utilizing the Nursing Process principles to ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited nursing institution.
- Valid Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care environment or equivalent clinical setting.
- For Behavioral Health assignments, a minimum of 2 years of experience in acute or ambulatory settings is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of recent RN experience in relevant patient care areas.
- Previous experience in both hospital and outpatient settings is advantageous.
- Familiarity with phone triage processes is preferred.
- For Behavioral Health roles, 3 years of progressive experience, including medication management, is desirable.
