Emergency Department Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at EvergreenHealth. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality patient care, advocate for patients and families, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, assessing comprehensive nursing needs and developing individualized plans of care.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure timely and accurate information exchange.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including participating in on-call rotations and contributing to departmental projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required within 5 years of employment.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Washington.
- Current Emergency Nursing patient care experience.
- American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS certification by date of hire.
- American Heart Association ACLS Provider certification by date of hire.
- PALS or ENPC within 6 months of hire.
- TNCC within a year of hire.
- Master's degree in Nursing.
- Two years' experience in Emergency/Trauma.
- Certification in emergency nursing.
