Position Summary

Power Solutions (PS), established as of January 1st, 2024, aims to lead the transition towards a carbon-neutral future as the premier partner and supplier of power solutions.

Reporting to the leadership of Power Solutions, the Regional Business Unit (RBU) Financial Controller will be responsible for ensuring that regional cost and profitability objectives are achieved for the North American market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to Power Solutions and related business units.
  • Oversee month-end closing processes, including analysis, reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly performance reports to local management and global leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with North American manufacturing facilities to enhance transparency and achieve monthly performance targets, forecasts, and business plan objectives.
  • Conduct analysis and forecasting of R&D expenditures for the RBU.
  • Perform volume, price, and mix analyses, along with ad-hoc financial requests as necessary.
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or financial controlling.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the Automotive or Manufacturing sectors.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
