Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Accounting Operations: Ensure timely and precise bookkeeping practices using QBO to manage transactions, perform reconciliations, and prepare consolidated and departmental financial reports for key stakeholders.
  • Accounts Receivable Management: Foster robust relationships with clients and oversee the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collections, achieving a high rate of on-time payments.
  • Process Improvement: Tailor and enhance QBO settings and workflows for optimal efficiency. Implement automation tools to reduce manual tasks and minimize errors.
  • Compliance and Internal Controls: Establish and uphold controls to protect assets and guarantee data integrity and compliance with GAAP. Collaborate with external tax and audit professionals for reporting purposes.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Accounting Background: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in QuickBooks Online, specifically managing the order-to-cash cycle.
  • Mathematical and Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills in mathematics and Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data analysis techniques.

  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional accuracy in bookkeeping and financial documentation.
