Job Description

As a Marketing Representative, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to establish customer relationships, provide prompt and accurate customer service, and use a customer-focused review process to educate customers about insurance options.

You will work closely with our agent to establish and meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and market appropriate products and services. If you are enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
  • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Requirements
  • Sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing.
  • A successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas.
  • Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening.
  • Enthusiasm about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.
  • People-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and multi-task.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers.
  • Achieve mutually agreed-upon marketing goals and provide timely and thorough activity reports to the agent.
