Join Our Team as a Route Sales Representative

We're seeking a high-performing Route Sales Representative to join our team in San Diego. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for ordering, sales, and delivery of fresh baked products to our customers. Your daily tasks will include checking your vehicle daily, keeping accurate records, quickly reporting maintenance issues, and filling out daily driver's logs, time logs, and hours of service.

This role requires flexibility to work varying workdays and early morning start times, typically around 3:00am. You'll also be expected to increase sales by expanding shelf space, creatively displaying in-store promotions and displays, and ensuring product shelf life is maximized by properly rotating the products.

An effective Route Sales Representative will use data and marketing plans to build relationships and drive customer growth through effective communication, planning, ordering, and execution. You'll work hand-in-hand with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction, adapting to their needs and service windows.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with sales experience, delivery experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent. You must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license for at least 3 years, and be able to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card. A bilingual candidate in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required.
