Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Manager to oversee our office operations and streamline systems. This is a dynamic role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and the ability to motivate and encourage team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage office policies and procedures to ensure they meet our organization's standards
  • Lead day-to-day operations and oversee administrative assistants
  • Streamline office systems, including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget
  • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors
  • Assist with higher-level admin responsibilities such as insurance certificates, door and alarm codes, workflow management, and more
  • Support social media presence and other marketing responsibilities
Requirements
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required
  • High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
