Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerical Aide to join our team at the City of Pompano Beach. As a key member of our staff, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and perform various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front desk operations, including receiving and processing payments, handling customer transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Operate office equipment, including computers, scanners, and printers.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • General clerical experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software.
