Role Overview

We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our Corporate/Supply Chain IT & Security Team. This team manages the systems and endpoints utilized by our employees daily. Your primary responsibility will be to support the operations IT and infrastructure at our warehouse. You will be involved in configuring, deploying, and maintaining all connected devices at our facility. Additionally, you will assist the IT Help Desk during peak hours. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the successful deployment and ongoing support of our warehouse operations.

Candidate Profile
  • You have a proven history of delivering outstanding support for Windows and Mac OS devices, network printers, and Android devices in a distribution environment.
  • You possess strong communication skills, able to convey technical issues to non-technical individuals.
  • You are driven and enthusiastic about finding innovative solutions to problems.
  • You pay attention to detail and understand the importance of accuracy.
  • You are eager to learn new technologies and processes, always seeking to enhance our services.

Impactful Contributions
  • Collaborate with internal users to troubleshoot their devices and applications.
  • Act as a key contributor to refining internal IT systems and processes.

Qualifications
  • Technical Skills
    • 2-4+ years of experience in Windows/Mac OS support and troubleshooting.
    • 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS administration relevant to our technology stack.
    • Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills.
    • Experience in asset management and hardware lifecycle management.
    • Familiarity with Google Suite applications.
    • Knowledge of Okta.
    • Basic understanding of WMS.
    • Preferred experience with Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Intune, and Koerber One.
  • Additional Requirements
    • Onsite presence is required during standard business hours.
