Key Responsibilities:

This position, under supervision, involves assisting clients in developing individualized program plans, managing client cases, and adhering to program protocols. The role emphasizes the application of evidence-based methodologies and supporting the training of fellow case managers.

Main Duties Include:

  • Oversee client intakes, regular check-ins, and essential housekeeping tasks.
  • Develop tailored programs for clients to reach their personal goals and enhance life skills.
  • Assist clients with budgeting, housing, and employment initiatives.
  • Monitor safety within the facility and client activities.
  • Provide orientation and guidance to clients for successful reintegration into the community.
  • Document client progress for effective program planning and evaluation.
  • Verify client employment status and oversee pass plans.
  • Prepare reports upon client discharge and participate in team meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
  • Ensure client adherence to counseling and program regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and comply with organizational policies.
  • Follow safety protocols and be available for overtime as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in social sciences or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in human services or a comparable field.
  • Familiarity with community correctional systems and workforce development.
  • Strong written communication and mathematical abilities.
  • Capacity to respond swiftly in emergency situations.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
