Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Regional Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our properties, implementing cost-control and revenue improvement programs, and developing annual operating budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor revenue growth and control expenses to maximize financial performance
  • Report on market trends and make effective strategy and pricing decisions
  • Hire, mentor, train, and lead site teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Work with support team members to ensure administrative functions are performed efficiently
  • Operate within approved annual budgets and frequently visit sites to monitor physical integrity
  • Prepare owner reporting packages, including annual budgets and monthly reports
  • Assist in creating annual operating budgets based on actual performance and industry projections
  • Monitor and analyze monthly financial performance, rent variations, and maintain market intelligence
  • Communicate with ownership and assure compliance with Level 10 policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in residential property management
  • 3 years minimum experience in a multi-site supervisory role preferred
  • Ability to act independently and make decisions
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to multi-task and manage several projects under tight deadlines
  • Previous experience working with budgets and financials required
  • Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Previous experience in property management software required
