Technician Apprentice Program

Job Summary
Caliber Collision is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) Body Apprentice to join our team. As a TAP Body Apprentice, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, including repairing damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair techniques. You will also be responsible for learning all training material and hands-on skills, and following the mentor's direction while learning to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy.

Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy.
- Nice to have, but not required: Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
Abilities/Skills/Knowledge
- Ability to perform consistent physical activity, including reaching below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to understand instructions, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to complete required training and certifications relating to TAP.
