- Utilizes sound clinical judgment to refine and maintain an accurate medication list.
- Exhibits knowledge and skills to interact appropriately with individuals of all ages, demonstrating sensitivity to diverse cultural and religious beliefs.
- Acts as a positive role model for colleagues, consistently embodying the organization's core values.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management.
Performance Standards:
Expectations regarding performance will be outlined during the orientation and training phases of employment.
- Exhibits strong communication skills and fosters positive interactions with team members.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service abilities.

- Understands compliance with USP 800 standards.
Qualifications:
Education and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; coursework in science and mathematics is advantageous.
Experience:
Prior experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings is essential.
Certification and Licensure:
Registration with the relevant state pharmacy board is mandatory upon hire, along with successful completion of the National Technician Certification Examination.
Mental Requirements:
The role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks, collaborate effectively, follow instructions accurately, and demonstrate initiative. Candidates must be capable of working with precision under time constraints, managing frequent interruptions, and adapting to changing workloads.
