We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Support Analyst to join our team at Infor. As a key member of our Customer Support department, you will provide expert technical support to our customers, resolving complex issues and ensuring a high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide application and technical support to customers, answering complex questions and resolving issues via phone and/or internet.
  • Perform functional analysis, program analysis, testing, and debugging to resolve customer-reported issues.
  • Serve as the primary support liaison between Infor and customers, conveying customer feedback to product development staff.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Infor's products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and technologies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience supporting or using Infor's HR Talent product, or similar software.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, programmatic structures, JAVA, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
