Position Overview:

We are seeking a Warehouse Chief Manager to enhance our operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily warehouse functions, including the receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and products.
  • Establish and uphold inventory control systems to maintain precise inventory levels.
  • Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure timely material and product delivery.
  • Develop and enforce procedures for delivery, in-process, and shipment documentation.
  • Manage internal barcoding and storage systems for FIFO control.
  • Formulate and implement warehouse policies and procedures.
  • Oversee warehouse personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and maintain an organized warehouse environment.
  • Manage equipment requirements and coordinate regular maintenance activities.
  • Conduct monthly inventory audits in collaboration with audit personnel.

Qualifications:
  • An Associate degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management.
  • At least 3 years of experience with SAP.
  • Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Inventory Control, Warehouse Safety, Shipping and Receiving, and Staff Management.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience with inventory management software and tools.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Forklift operator certification is a plus.
