Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Technician to join our team at Veo - Operations Careers. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in maintaining and repairing our electric vehicle fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive repairs on our electric bikes/scooters, from routine maintenance to complex repairs.
  • Conduct quality checks and routine inspections to ensure all vehicles meet our safety standards.
  • Log and track maintenance records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Monitor inventory levels for spare parts and maintain a well-organized warehouse.
  • Perform field tasks as needed, such as swapping batteries and redistribution.

Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in maintenance or auto repair.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull electric bikes/scooters weighing up to 80 lbs.
  • Problem-solving mindset and self-motivated.
  • Comfortable with navigating and using smartphone apps.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous maintenance experience in bikes, scooters, motorcycles, or automotives.
  • Basic knowledge in electronics.
