Job Title: Customer Operations Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Operations Associate to join our team at Pernod Ricard USA. As a key member of our Customer Service Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining positive relationships with our key accounts, providing superior levels of customer service, and ensuring prompt and complete customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage customer orders, ensuring that requested products meet order criteria and verifying exceptions or non-compliance issues with proper Pernod Ricard USA contacts.
  • Input orders into Pernod Ricard USA system, tracking stock/pricing/allocations and credit issues, taking appropriate action whenever necessary to ensure prompt and complete customer satisfaction.
  • Execute credits and process returns when necessary, assisting customers with pricing issues, faulty stock, cancelled orders, and incorrect shipments.
  • Provide timely updates to Pernod Ricard USA customer database, ensuring contact and order history information is correct.
  • Work with state and/or regional support personnel to maintain customer relationships at the highest levels through accurate and timely sharing of pertinent client and/or market information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree and good working knowledge of MS Office.
  • 1-3 years of previous customer service, order management, billing, or logistics experience with industry exposure preferred.
