As the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for each customer.

In this fast-paced and dynamic environment, you will work closely with customers, both in-person and over the phone, to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate assistance.

Responsibilities:

* Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate assistance
* Handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and walk-in customers in a professional and positive manner
* Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
* Utilize company policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient customer service
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information to customers

Shifts Needed:

* Monday through Friday 10 am to 7 pm and Rotational Saturdays 7:45 am 4 pm
* Monday through Thursday 9 am to 6 pm and Rotational Saturdays 7:45 am 4 pm

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficient computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
* Proven ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
* Flexible schedule, including Saturdays and evenings, as needed
* Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus

Background check and drug testing is required. Marijuana is not a disqualifier.
