Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our main office. This full-time position is responsible for performing tasks and services to ensure the effective and efficient management of employee onboarding, record keeping, payroll, benefits, and office management. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Maintains accurate and up-to-date employee files and records
Performs data entry into the HR Information System (HRIS) with high accuracy and speed
Provides exceptional customer service to employees and management
Assists with planning and execution of special events, such as hiring events and employee recognition events
Performs other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior administrative experience, preferably in a professional office setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
