About the Role:

DND Groups, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team at our Dairy Queen location in Toppenish, Washington. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Build and develop a high-performing team by guiding, supporting, and empowering your crew members and shift leaders to achieve their full potential.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has an exceptional experience by providing excellent service, maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment, and addressing customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and profit and loss management.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback and coaching, and make data-driven decisions to improve store performance.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, and identify and mitigate risks to the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business results.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (based on experience)
