Geraldsingleton is in search of a Client Intake Coordinator to enhance our dynamic team.

Client Intake Coordinators act as the initial point of contact for individuals seeking legal assistance and play a vital role in generating revenue for the firm.

The ideal candidate is driven and persuasive, while also demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a commitment to prioritizing the client experience above all else. This role will primarily focus on supporting cases related to sensitive matters.

This position will require on-site presence.

Schedule:
Saturday-Wednesday 9:30AM - 6:00PM

SALARY AND BENEFITS:
$24.00-$27.00/hour. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualifications for the role.


Geraldsingleton offers a competitive compensation and benefits package including employer-paid health, dental, and vision plans, childcare reimbursement, a transportation reimbursement program, paid parental leave, and a 401k.


Key Responsibilities:
Responding to incoming inquiries via phone and conducting comprehensive intake interviews.

Assessing inquiries based on litigation criteria.

Sending retainers to qualified inquiries and guiding clients through the signing process.

Consistently following up on interested inquiries through a series of calls, texts, and emails.

Communicating the firm's core values and competitive advantages to potential clients.

Maintaining detailed records of inquiries in the CRM with notes and follow-up plans.

Regularly meeting or exceeding both team and individual performance goals.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
The ability to work onsite and on weekends regularly.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and at least one year of sales experience.

A successful candidate will be enthusiastic, responsive, detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong judgment, analytical, interpersonal, communication, and writing skills.

Candidates should be familiar with the ethical and confidentiality standards of working in a legal environment.

Prior experience in the legal sector is beneficial, but not mandatory.


This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively, managing a high volume and time-sensitive workflow effectively and efficiently.
