About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales Expert to join our team at Artisan Studios. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support to our sales representatives, showcasing our solutions to prospects and clients, and leading the solutioning and pricing process for engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide Technical Support: Offer technical guidance and expertise during client interactions and presentations, assisting in articulating the technical value proposition of our solutions to address client needs and challenges.
  • Sales Calls and Meetings: Participate in sales calls and meetings to demonstrate our technical capabilities and answer client questions.
  • Engagement Solutioning: Lead the solutioning process for engagements, working closely with sales reps and solution architects to design comprehensive solutions that meet client objectives.
  • Pricing Strategies: Develop pricing strategies and models for proposed solutions, ensuring competitiveness and profitability.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate on proposal development, crafting compelling narratives and value propositions that resonate with clients and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Statement of Work (SOW) Development: Work directly with Account Executives (AEs) to co-build Statements of Work (SOWs) that accurately capture project scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing, ensuring SOWs align with proposed solutions and client expectations.
  • Seamless Transition: Provide a seamless transition of technical information and requirements post-sale to the delivery team, ensuring clear and comprehensive documentation of client expectations, solution designs, and technical considerations.
  • Upselling and Account Expansion: Partner with AEs to identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling based on client needs and business objectives.
Requirements:
  • AWS Sales Partnership Experience: 3+ years of experience in AWS sales partnership roles.
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background with expertise in one or more relevant technologies, such as cloud computing, software development, or data analytics.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Proven ability to translate client requirements into comprehensive technical solutions, including solution design and pricing.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours, remote work environments, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
