About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Distribution Design Lead to join our team at ENTRUST Solutions Group. As a technical leader, you will be responsible for guiding the development of distribution design and constructability solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design review and ensure deliverables meet client expectations
  • Collaborate with clients and construction crews to review scope and discuss project execution
  • Contribute to the improvement of team knowledge as a technical leader
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited university
  • 3-5 years of electrical distribution design experience or 5-7+ years of electrical utility design experience
  • Proven experience in design review, client-facing interactions, and construction support
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to contribute to team growth
