Job Description: The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying market opportunities, developing effective marketing plans, and securing appointments with prospective and existing clients. You will also be expected to conduct thorough needs analyses, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Conduct initial contacts, appointments, and sales calls to identify client needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients through proactive communication, follow-up, and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product offerings, and best practices through continuous professional development.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by working effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in sales, marketing, and customer relationship management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, marketing).
  • Professional certifications (e.g., Series 6, Series 63) and licenses (e.g., State Life and Health license).
