Project Manager Role at PC Construction Company

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing North Carolina region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing water and wastewater treatment projects.

This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to lead our project team, building long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders while driving project success. Our Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring all contractual requirements are met while maintaining safety, budget, and schedule goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Meet contractual requirements and ensure work conforms to plans and specifications.
  • Budget Management: Manage project budgets and cash flow, ensuring that costs are accurately forecasted and controlled.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects/engineers, construction managers, and other project partners.
  • Scheduling: Ensure the project schedule accurately depicts construction plan and project progress.
  • Communication: Foster an environment of open communication and information sharing within the project team.
  • Human Resources: Manage project staffing plan and forecast personnel needs at all phases of construction.
  • Procurement: Carry procurement goals throughout the life of the project and ensure scope, pricing, and schedule meet all project needs.
  • Quality Control: Develop and execute a quality control plan, ensuring high-quality results on every project.
  • Safety: Promote and encourage safe work behaviors and ensure site-specific safety plan addresses unique project safety needs.
  • Culture Development: Embrace Lean practices and participate in work plan activities, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Talent Development: Mentor, coach, and develop all project team members, helping them grow professionally and personally.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of construction management principles and excellent leadership skills. This role requires a minimum of [5-10 years] experience in project management, preferably in the water and wastewater treatment industry.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
