About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continued success of our clients by driving product adoption, improving customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and guidance to ensure their continued success.
- Success Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop and implement customized success plans, aligning with their business objectives and goals.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with multiple stakeholders within our clients' organizations, including Site Admins, Influencers, and Decision Makers.
- Account Health Monitoring: Track and monitor account health, identifying potential risks and developing remediation plans to ensure client satisfaction.
- Quarterly Interactions: Proactively engage with clients on a quarterly basis, documenting interactions and providing regular updates on their progress.
- Business Reviews: Conduct annual business reviews with clients, validating their success and developing plans for upcoming objectives.
- Contract Renewals: Secure contract renewals, ensuring continued partnership and growth with our clients.
- Product Introduction: Collaborate with our product team to introduce new features and products to our client base, driving adoption and growth.
- Customer Lifetime Value: Identify opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, improving usage and product adoption across our client base.
