Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Licensed Practical Nurse-F/C to join our team at the North Florida Evaluation and Treatment Center. As a Senior LPN-F/C, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring patient conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an LPN in a psychiatric or medical setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of psychiatric and medical conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
